We recently saw the special screening of Sivaji. Boy, was it fun! Special screening at E-square, one day before release and there were some 20 of us. The high points of the movie…lol!

1. Mom and Dad: What have you been doing in US?
   SuperStar: Naa Software System Architect!
   Translated: I am a software system architect!

   

2. Paambey patha padaye nadungum….
   Indha Sivajiya paathu… pambe nadungum!
   (Translated: People shiver at the sight of a snake, But even the snake will shiver at the sight of Sivaji!) Applause!
3. Phone adicha ringu…
   Indha Sivaji adicha sangu.
   Translated: When called the phone rings, but when sivaji is called, a song plays!

   

4. Six kku apparam seven da, indha sivaji adicha heaven da
   Translated: After six comes seven, If you hit this Sivaji, its only heaven!
5. Tirupathi pona mottai sivaji adicha mattai
   Translated: If you go to Tirupati, you go bald
   If you hit Sivaji, you DIE!
6. Arisi adicha maavu
   Sivaji adicha saavu
   Translated: Hit you flour, you get atta. If you hit Sivaji you get DEATH!
7. SOLLAMA VANTHA TSUNAMI, SOLLI VANTHA SIVAJI
   Translated: Without telling anyone, the Tsunami came, But Sivaji comes only after everyone has been told. Applause!

    Translated: I am god for good people, and demon for the bad guys!
11. Naan 1 centimetre dhooratthukk nallavannaa 20 kilometre distancekku kettavan
    Translated: I am good man for another 1 cm, and a really bad ass for another 20 kms!
12. Dekhoji, naan thaan Shivaji.
    translated: Take a good look, I AM SIVAJI!

    Translated: God speaks!
